Create multiple levels of security for different users. Customize reporting features by adding or subtracting up to ten different fields within the standard reports section. Customize user-defined fields in each category of software, computers, peripherals, and trouble calls. For users who have FileMaker Pro, reporting capabilities are completely customizable. Users of FileMaker Pro can also take advantage of web server capabilities. Generate productivity reports by accessing the records of each technician. All updates are free and easy to implement.
